We are traditional and down-to-earth in our values and our Austrian production location. In order to produce food of the highest quality and at an international level, we have always relied on the most modern technologies. Aseptic filling of beverages and desserts is now standard for us. Drinks, desserts and spreads, vegan products and traditional soft cheese - our product portfolio is diverse and much larger than that of a classic dairy. Milk was the beginning and is still an elementary ingredient in a large part of our products today. Nevertheless, we do not limit ourselves to this and are constantly expanding our horizons and thus our product range. With us, a smoothie comes just as naturally in the CartoCan as an almond milk cappuccino in the mug. Long live diversity!

All Ennstal Milch production lines are certified according to international standards. The IFS standard is just as natural as production with Halal certification. When it comes to our ingredients, too, quality is our top priority: from our fresh regional milk to certified coffee, fruit preparations or milk alternatives. One of our specialties is the production of organic products. Whether it be drinks, desserts or soft cheeses - almost every one of our products is also available in organic quality.

What certificates do Ennstal Milch have?
All certificates can be downloaded from the Certificates and Standards section.
Is all processed milk GMO-free?
Yes, all of the milk that we process is GMO-free in accordance with both the Austrian code and German law.
Where does the processed milk come from?
All of the milk that we refine into high-quality products comes from the region from the Ennstal farmers within a maximum radius of 50 km. Measures that contribute to animal welfare and the best feed (without glyphosate and palm oil) are standard.
Who controls Ennstal Milch to ensure compliance with the standards?
Depending on the product, Ennstal Milch is regularly checked and audited by independent certification bodies. Is there a list of certificates here.
